TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT
We offer accommodation in shared accommodation, providing support for looked after children and care leavers aged 16+, enabling them to live semi-independently. Young people have their own room so and share communal areas.
TAILORED SUPPORT
Recognising the individual needs of each young person, our team ensures that the support provided aligns with their unique requirements for a consistent and effective transition to independence.
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
We facilitate the registration of young persons with required government services and schools, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.
